How do I qualify for a refund?
You can request a refund if there was a mistake with your order and you do not wish to wait for reshipment, or if you are unhappy with your items and wish to return them. Please see our return guidelines HERE.

Contact our customer support team to request a refund. Our team will review and submit your request to our refunds department.
How much will be refunded from my order?
If mistakes were made in your order or delivery, we will refund your items in full. For all returns, each item will be subject to a $5 restock fee.
Please note that refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. We cannot issue refunds to an alternative credit card.
If you prefer, we can issue refunds in the form of store credit. Store credit is given in form of a digital gift card. For refunds in the form of store credit, we will include an additional 15% to your total!
When will I get my refund?
Contact our Customer Support team to request a refund. Once your request has been submitted, it will be reviewed by our refunds department within 1-2 business days. If your request for a refund is approved, you will receive a notification email with the details of your refund.
